Thank you for choosing TradeWithMasters. The following Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy (also, the “Terms”) apply to any person that registers or opens a TradeWithMasters account
The Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TradeWithMasters.
By registering or opening a TradeWithMasters Account, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be bound by and act in accordance with them. You also accept and agree that you are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, rules, regulations and requirements of the jurisdiction in which you live that may be applicable to your use of the TradeWithMasters Site, or your TradeWithMasters Account.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site because they affect your legal rights and obligations.
TradeWithMasters may amend the Terms from time to time. You are advice to visit the website regularly to check when the Terms were last updated (as displayed at the top of this document) and to review the current Terms. We will do our best to notify you of any amendments to the Terms that we consider likely to materially affect your rights and obligations. Any such notice will be posted on the TradeWithMasters Site.
The continued use of your TradeWithMasters Account, after any amendment to these Terms, constitutes your acceptance of the Terms, as modified by such amendment. If you do not accept the Terms, or any amendment to them, you must immediately stop using the TradeWithMasters Site and your TradeWithMasters Account.
A. By accessing (including by automated means) or registering for the Site, you accept this Agreement and represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to bind yourself or the company you represent to this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully.
When you register for this Site, you must provide complete and accurate information and ensure that information (as well as any additional information we may require to, verify your identity) is complete, accurate, and up-to-date at all times.
B. Passwords and Account Use. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy and security of your password, and any use or action taken under your account. If your password is compromised, you must change your password. You may not permit any other person or entity to request or perform Tasks using your account. If you believe there is an error or unauthorized transaction or activity associated with your account, contact us immediately.
C. You will not have more than one Account; use or access any TradeWithMasters Account other than your own; or assist any other person in obtaining unauthorised access to any Account;
D. By opening a TradeWithMasters Account you accept and agree that TradeWithMasters may, without further notice and in its sole discretion, terminate, suspend or restrict the account of any customer who uses, or who we reasonably suspect may be using, our Site or any TradeWithMasters Account in a manner that is inconsistent with the letter or spirit of these Terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold TradeWithMasters.com, its officers, directors, owners, agents and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site or Product Directory on TradeWithMasters.com. TradeWithMasters.com reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.
Failure or delay by user in enforcing or partially enforcing any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any rights
Forex margin trading involves substantial risks. Forex margin trading exposes participants to risks including, but not limited to, changes in political conditions, economic factors, acts of nature and other factors, all of which may substantially affect the price or availability of one or more foreign currencies.
Speculative trading is a challenging prospect, even to those with market experience and an understanding of the risks involved. Only funds that a person would allocate to high-risk investments (i.e., funds that if lost would not affect the person's standard of living or financial well-being) should be used in trading.
In cases where a Client has used only conservative forms of investment in the past, forex trading might not be appropriate for the Client. A Client must understand that a total loss of all funds deposited can occur, should the market go against the Master's position(s).
TradeWithMasters does not and cannot guarantee the initial capital of the Clients' portfolio or its value at any time or any money invested in any financial instrument.
THESE TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME IN TradeWithMasters SOLE DISCRETION. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REVIEW THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AS YOU MUST COMPLY WITH THE MOST CURRENT VERSION OF THE AGREEMENT.
TradeWithMasters Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") are entered between the investor ("You") and TradeWithMasters ("TradeWithMasters LTD") as of the date you click "I agree" below (the "Effective Date").
